Haaland becomes “Barbarian King” in Clash of Clans; look

Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has become a character in the popular mobile video game “Clash of Clans” , the game’s developer Supercell said on Tuesday.

Haaland ‘s character is called the “Barbarian King” and is the first in the game — downloaded more than 2 billion times — to be based on a real person. The 23-year-old striker, who is also a fan of the game, was 12 years old when it was first released.

The Norwegian posted a video on his social media that shows himself meeting characters from the game in real life before being transported to the game’s animated world. See below:

“When we learned that Haaland was a fan of our game and wanted to partner with us, it was truly a dream scenario,” said Stuart McGaw, general manager of “Clash of Clans,” in a press release.
